SHIPPING POLICY:

I just placed an order, when will it ship ?

Please allow 2 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS:

What’s the shipping policy?

Standard Shipping: To united kingdom  : 5~7 days.(Free)

DHL Express: To united kingdom  : 2~4 days.(3£)
Express shipping will take extra charge 3£.

Provide tracking information within 2 days after loading.

LEAD TIME & COST:

The estimated delivery time is stated beneath each product, delivery costs for your order are calculated within the checkout stage. Delivery is free to UK mainland postcodes on orders over £3.

Please note that all references to delivery are in working days and do not include weekends or public holidays. If you order items are on a 5-11 day delivery, it will be delivered to you by 5-11 working days. We endeavour to deliver your order to you by the estimated delivery date stated, however this is not a guaranteed date. You will receive your order tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If you have any questions please contact us for further assistance.

We are also unable to dispatch orders on evenings, weekends or public holidays. We will process orders the next working day following receipt of your order. For example, an Item ordered on Friday evening, this would be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

DELIVERY TIMES:

Delivery times reflected in our product descriptions are based on estimates from our suppliers. While it is usual for most products to be delivered within the quoted time frames, #BambinoSnd reserves the right to amend product information and delivery schedules due to supplier delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations.

In the event of a delivery delay, #BambinoSnd will notify you promptly, but we will not be held responsible for delivery delays beyond estimated delivery times.

During the checkout process, you now have the option to select “collect in store”.

Not all items are available on click and collect, please make sure the item is in stock, if you would like assistance with this please contact us.

Please note: If you have selected collect in store in error we will contact you to discuss your shipping options.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

When you place your order and it is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or telephone.

If the item is not currently in stock, we will contact you with an estimated time scale and make you aware once the items arrive in store.

POSTING AND PACKAGING:

At #BambinoSand we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect.
Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items – please double check the contents of the box.

FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERY:

If your order/item(s) do not arrive within three working days of receiving dispatch/tracking information via e-mail or confirmation via telephone of delivery, then please contact us and we will contact the courier.

If you miss the delivery of your order, you must respond to the card left by the couriers. If this is ignored the courier will reattempt delivery the next working day. If this redelivery is again unsuccessful, the item will be returned to the courier’s depot for further instruction and eventually returned back to #BambinoSand or supplier. If this occurs then the buyer will be responsible for re-delivery charges.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS:

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and another party signs for your goods, then #BambinoSand cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur as a result.
However if you contact us we will try and help you with any information you might require.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDERS:

Please check all the items you have received as soon as possible, so you can make us aware of any issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We have a limited amount of time to raise issues with our suppliers and delivery partners and cannot guarantee that they will cooperate in resolving any issues after this time period.

For furniture deliveries please have help at hand at the delivery address, as the driver may need assistance or it may be a curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange for the items to be taken into the home. The driver is not employed by #BambinoSand, so we cannot guarantee they will assist.

TERMINOLOGY ON DELIVERIES:

Items that show as ‘In Stock’ are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Items that show as ‘Back Order’ are in stock with the supplier and will be dispatched as soon as we receive delivery of the items.

Items that show as ‘Pre-Order’ will be dispatched once the items are available, please scroll down to product description to view the estimated pre order date. We will inform you of any delays that may occur.

COST OF DELIVERY:

UK Mainland: Free delivery on orders above £10.
Scottish Highlands & Islands: £3 Standard Delivery.

Refund Policy

For New Items:

- We will accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order, with a further 14 days to post the items back to us once we have been made aware.

- Please note we do not cover the cost of returning the item unless faulty. If the courier to return is arranged by us the fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

- We don’t accept responsibility for returned items that are undelivered or damaged, please retain your proof of postage etc. You may require this information in the event of a claim with your courier.

For Used Items:

- When buying a pre-loved item manufacturers warranty is void when transferring owners therefore items are sold as seen. However, if the item you have received isn’t satisfactory we allow 14 days to return the item at your own cost. A £15 admin fee is taken off the final refund amount.

- All pre-loved items are fully inspected before dispatching and putting onto the shop floor. If a fault occurs within 3 months of purchasing your pre-loved item we will cover the cost of repairs however after this period we will assist you with getting the repair at your own cost.

We will return your money subject to the following conditions:

we receive the Goods in a condition in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.
you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.
The option to cancel your order is not available:

if you purchase sealed goods which relate to health or hygiene, and they become unsealed after delivery, or cannot be re-sold for some other reason;
if they are a hard medium for a product in soft copy, which comes to you sealed and is returned to us unsealed.
if the Goods are somehow mixed with other goods so that we cannot identify or easily separate them.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.
In any of the above scenarios, we will return your money within 14 days.
